The client had a complex product ecosystem and lacked a unified identity or clear message.

iFilip was born as a disruptive logistics platform — a mobile-first solution to match cargo with available drivers using AI. However, while the backend technology was in motion, the brand identity and user experience remained unclear. It was time to turn a product idea into a brand people could trust and use.


They needed a brand structure and visual system that reflected their tech-forward vision, plus UX support to shape the app design for drivers, dispatchers, and clients.

Our Approach

We helped define:

  • Core messaging pillars: speed, transparency, automation, simplicity 
  •  storytelling for app onboarding (in-app copy, user flow) 
  • Feature summaries: route creation, pallet count, invoice tracking, AI-based load assignment 
  • Strategic naming logic to support brand family cohesion 
  • UX guidance for the app’s admin dashboard: how users onboard, assign loads, pay, track, and report
     

We also mapped the early UI concepts using clarity-first wireframes in a vertical format, tailored to iOS, with visuals in the client’s brand palette (fuchsia, black, and white).
